Ram borrowed a few ideas from its 1500 lineup this year, giving the 3500 a bit more flair without losing its work-first focus. The result? The first-ever Black Express and Warlock versions of this heavy-duty beast.

The 3500 Warlock takes a sportier, off-road-ready approach. It comes only as a Crew Cab 4WD short-bed and comes with Bilstein dampers, a rear limited-slip differential, hill descent control, and a transfer case skid plate for time on the trail. On the outside, it’s all attitude with a black grille surround, flares, bumpers, and a bold Warlock decal on the bed. It rides on 20-inch diamond-cut wheels wrapped in 34-inch Goodyear Duratrac tires, with paint colors ranging from Diamond Black to Flame Red. Inside, you’ll find cloth bench seats, carpet flooring, and all-weather mats that can take a real beating.

Meanwhile, the 3500 Black Express adds a cleaner, more refined look. Available as a Crew Cab with RWD or 4WD and either a short or long bed, it brings a sport performance hood, body-colored bumpers and grille, 20-inch black wheels, and cab-length black side steps. It also adds front and rear parking sensors for easier maneuvering. They range from the regular cab (seating for three) to the crew cab (up to six passengers) and the spacious Mega Cab, which seats five with extra stretch-out room in back.
