I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the help of John Clack and his team @ Coleman Motors in New Boston! During my first complementary oil change, I delivered my Jeep covered in mud, not realizing a car wash was included during this visit. The team @ Coleman's cleaned every inch of my Jeep, inside and out. They go over and above to make all of my experiences pleasant. They offer to pick up and deliver your vehicle for oil changes as well!

Kudos to Coleman's mechanics and service department. I have a 2021 Tahoe that started having issues with the horn not working. After 3 weeks at another dealership with no diagnosis, only being told "it's working now. We cannot find anything wrong." My husband picked it up per Chevrolet Customer Service advice. Almost immediately it stopped working again. He then decided to take it to Coleman's. APPROXIMATELY 3 hours in their shop they had found the issue and had the parts ordered. 👏👏

We plan on buying an additional vehicle from Coleman Chevrolet because of our great experience with the repair of my truck . I would highly recommend this dealership.

Mike in the service department is outstanding, the people here are polite and helpful, I had a problem with my heater core less than a year ago and the part failed this year, they warrantied everything and I left with a bill for diagnostics on another issue they checked for me. I will be a regular customer.

My battery was dead and they sent someone out to jump my vehicle. Traded vehicles with me got a new battery installed and dropped mine off to me. That’s excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Though at first I was told it would be a week before I could get a diagnostic appointment for my AC issue, the staff at Coleman's reached out later that day, came and picked up my truck and then finished my repair before noon the next day....awesome!!

Transmission went out on a Saturday, was replaced and ready to pick up the following Friday in time for our family vacation. Micheal and the entire service team are awesome!

We were traveling from Waco to Indianapolis when our power steering pump starting making a tremendous noise. We contacted a dealer near Dallas and they never replied to our message. We called ahead to Texarkana and they were swamped, so referred us to Coleman. The folks at Coleman were able to get us in when we arrived, and confirmed it was the power steering. They stayed late that night to work on the disassembly, and got parts the following morning. We were back on the road later that day. Michael in the service department kept us updated on the progress of the repairs, arranged a ride to/from our hotel, and kept us apprised on the warranty claim. The team there took good care of us!

We’ve had both Orr’s from Texarkana look at our 2019 Chevy express and couldn’t fix the transmission. It stayed at their shop for more than 4 months combined. We decided to take it to Coleman New Boston and they had us fixed up in less than 2 weeks. They’ve earned our business from now on.

Everyone was friendly, courteous and attentive. Tried really hard to sell extended warranty, just doing their job . To get price agreed upon have to use their lenders!! Didn’t like that . Had to bring car back in right away to get working right. Overall it’s a nice car dealership

Excellent customer service. Quick ish turn around times And I don't feel like they demand extra services to pad the bill, they tell you this is how long approximately it'll last if you don't fix it, but please fix it if you are able.

Great service upfront. However I bought a wash/detail service that included an inside wipedown, which I did not receive. I sent pictures of the untouched parts of the inside of my vehicle to the lady who helped me get checked in/out, and was offered a redo cleaning on the inside "if I was in the area" only, with no follow up to assure I was satisfied. - I work 8pm-4pm a hour away from New Boston, it takes ahead of time planning to even bring my vehicle to you guys to be serviced, as I work the same and only times Coleman Chevrolet is open. So I was disappointed, to say the least, in the lack of customer satisfaction offered.

I take my ram truck to Coleman for service because I like to support local business. Driving around the country, I see to many closed auto dealerships. Coleman Ram always gives prompt attention. It does seem as though each time my vehicle needs parts, it has to be ordered. Folks there are friendly and attentive. I will continue to use Coleman for my vehicle needs.

It was my first time there, service was really great, however what really impressed me was the two gentlemen in the waiting area with me seemed to know all of the employees that walked by and were addressed by every one of them.
