Wonderful, professionalism. Helpful staff. Easy process Would buy again.

I wish I could give them no stars. They deserve nothing. They just guess at problems with the vehicles. They over charge you and will lie right to your face with a smile. You will never get a loaner car from them even if there is a long row of them. I would not tell my worst enemy to go to this place! It is awful! Flat out thieves and liars! Pay the extra to have it towed to Mt Pleasant or Texarkana. Avoid Coleman's at all cost!

It was such a relief not having to get out to get my car serviced. I really appreciate the service you offer to have the can picked and returned when it has been serviced.

Took my truck in for recall work and several other big ticket repairs. They were providing a loaner, at first they didn't want to give access to my service dog then after I had to educate them on ADA law they claimed they were doing me a "courtesy". I requested a call from the Service Director's boss who says he has a service dog, yet his condescending tone and lack of concern for this clear violation of access only exasperated my frustrations. I am disappointed in their service but also their clear disrespect of a disabled veteran... something I never expected in Texas. I'll find another dealership that wanted to earn my loyalty to work on my two vehicles.

After damaging my new truck by putting the wrong product in. They wanted me to pay for half of the repairs for their mistake. They never got my hitch in, said they couldn't do it (on a new truck they didn't know how). Finally after some back and forth they decided to pay for the repairs on my truck.

It was my first time there, service was really great, however what really impressed me was the two gentlemen in the waiting area with me seemed to know all of the employees that walked by and were addressed by every one of them.

Professional business with professional workers and community minded owner. The best around.

My husband and I referred our son to Coleman when he was looking to purchase a new vehicle. He drove up from Dallas and ended up buying a new Jeep. He loves the new vehicle but raves even more about the entire experience. Thank you to everyone but especially Kyle and Dalton for making it such a pleasure for him. One week ago today my daughter and I along with four of my grandkids were going through New Boston when the compressor on my car went on. The people at Coleman’s were so gracious to us as we unloaded six people with bags and groceries. The part for my car would not be available until Monday (holiday weekend). My other daughter picked us up. When the car was ready they insisted on bringing it to us 50 miles away. Thank you Coleman motors
