Though at first I was told it would be a week before I could get a diagnostic appointment for my AC issue, the staff at Coleman's reached out later that day, came and picked up my truck and then finished my repair before noon the next day....awesome!!

Had to have some work done on my truck. The service people are top notch, got me taken care of, they even dealt with my extended warranty people like champs. Jeff and Charline are amazing, they deserve raises.

I had my vehicle totaled in a t- bone collision. I was limited on money and my credit wasn’t stellar. The staff at Coleman took care of me and got me the truck I needed

We’ve had both Orr’s from Texarkana look at our 2019 Chevy express and couldn’t fix the transmission. It stayed at their shop for more than 4 months combined. We decided to take it to Coleman New Boston and they had us fixed up in less than 2 weeks. They’ve earned our business from now on.

My battery was dead and they sent someone out to jump my vehicle. Traded vehicles with me got a new battery installed and dropped mine off to me. That’s excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Michael Hillis in the service department took great care in getting my truck fixed. Very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We plan on buying an additional vehicle from Coleman Chevrolet because of our great experience with the repair of my truck . I would highly recommend this dealership.

Transmission went out on a Saturday, was replaced and ready to pick up the following Friday in time for our family vacation. Micheal and the entire service team are awesome!

Kudos to Coleman's mechanics and service department. I have a 2021 Tahoe that started having issues with the horn not working. After 3 weeks at another dealership with no diagnosis, only being told "it's working now. We cannot find anything wrong." My husband picked it up per Chevrolet Customer Service advice. Almost immediately it stopped working again. He then decided to take it to Coleman's. APPROXIMATELY 3 hours in their shop they had found the issue and had the parts ordered. 👏👏

I have had my car in twice. Thanks to all the people at Coleman Motors my car is up an running like a brand new one!! Although it took a while to get it to through not fault of their own Michael in the service department is always friendly and does a great job!!! Thanks again!

Outstanding folks here! Road trip from Virginia to Spring Branch, TX for grand daughter wedding. Lost A/C due to hose leak in record Texas heat! These folks drove back to Texarkana to get a new part for us and got us back on our trip in record time! Nice to find true professionals that deliver real customer service and concern. Service department is the best around. Drove there from texarkana because the chevy dealership here is a joke. Coleman has always been great to me.
