Excellent customer service, very good cars and i really love the jeep

One week ago today my daughter and I along with four of my grandkids were going through New Boston when the compressor on my car went on. The people at Coleman’s were so gracious to us as we unloaded six people with bags and groceries. The part for my car would not be available until Monday (holiday weekend). My other daughter picked us up. When the car was ready they insisted on bringing it to us 50 miles away. Thank you Coleman motors

We were traveling from Waco to Indianapolis when our power steering pump starting making a tremendous noise. We contacted a dealer near Dallas and they never replied to our message. We called ahead to Texarkana and they were swamped, so referred us to Coleman. The folks at Coleman were able to get us in when we arrived, and confirmed it was the power steering. They stayed late that night to work on the disassembly, and got parts the following morning. We were back on the road later that day. Michael in the service department kept us updated on the progress of the repairs, arranged a ride to/from our hotel, and kept us apprised on the warranty claim. The team there took good care of us!
